The position, based in Riyadh- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will require knowledge of local market and dealing with customers as part of credit control exercise. Candidates with Saudi experience and good communication skills in Arabic language (preferably Arabs) can apply for this position. In addition to credit control/debt collection functions, candidates should posses’ general accounting and financial reporting skills.

Reporting directly to the Executive Directors, you will play the lead role in the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and projections of the company, as well as the interaction with portfolio companies and investors. You will have dual responsibilities for finance and administration matters and be responsible for the supervision of your team. In order to be successful in this role you will be Western educated and hold a professional accounting designation (CA/CPA) Further more you will have a minimum of seven years experience in an all encompassing finance role within an international environment, preferably a fund or investment company. This role is fundamental to the smooth running of the Middle East operation and therefore requires an individual with a very professional approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and someone who can work in close partnership with the Executive Directors. Our client has advised that Arabic speaking candidates will be given prefence for this role.

In order to be successful in this role you must be educated to degree level with a professional accounting designation (CFA/CA/CPA) and have at least five years experience in a similar role within a multinational company. You must be able to take the initiative, work under minimal supervision, be flexible and committed and have experience working in a fast moving environment. This role is fundamental to the smooth running of the Middle East operation, and therefore requires an individual with a very professional approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Our client has specified that Western educated candidates will be given preference.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be educated to degree level, hold an accounting designation (CA/CPA) and have five years accounting experience within a banking environment. You will need to possess strong analytical skills, have excellent attention to detail, be deadline driven and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
