The candidate should have background in Transaction Bank industry, specifically in Cash Management. Other job functions includes advisory knowledge in areas of mergers, acquisitions, JV, asset or real estate portfolio sales; public debt, preferred and private debt and equity underwriting; mortgage lending; private placements and institutional capital raising; equity financing and IPO’s. |
